Paleo Banana Bread

When I make this, my kids usually devour the entire loaf in a matter of minutes!
I like to add a small handful of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips to the batter (because, let's face it, chocolate is LIFE) and use maple syrup instead of honey. I LOVE that this recipe only calls for a small amount of sweetener!
 Using Parchment Paper to line my pans makes cleanup EASY, and I don't have to worry about anything sticking to my bakeware!
 
 I use my Blendtec to pulse the ingredients instead of a food processor. Having one kitchen appliance that can do so many different things is such a plus!
 Mmmmm, who doesn't love when the house smells like banana bread?!?
Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour works very well in this recipe!
